The company received further accolades at last night’s awards event when three of the seven shortlisted staff were chosen as outright winners:

Jennie Gillespie, Sutton - Communication with Passengers
Jennie has received many commendations from passengers on Route 213 who comment on her cheerful demeanour and caring attitude.

Andy Hemper, Sutton - Best Travel Experience
Passengers commented that Andy is a driver who always makes them feel safe and comfortable no matter how challenging the circumstances.

Patrick Mitchell, Putney - Bus Network Ambassador
Pat was recognised for the work he has done as a Mentor and also for the part he has played in working with TfL and Wandsworth Council in enabling disabled residents to use the bus service.

John Trayner, Managing Director said it was a privilege to have Jennie, Pat and Andy working for the company (pictured left to right with John Trayner).
